We develop and manufacture innovative instruments for visualizing audio signals in broadcast, production, post-production and quality control. We make everything possible in the field of audio technology and that worldwide! From development to measurement to delivery of individual solutions, we are the specialists for audio metering, loudness measurement and signal control. Embedded Hardware Developer for Audio Products (m | f | d)

unlimited at the location Cologne.

Your Tasks and Knowledge

  • You are responsible for circuit design and board layout for high-performance embedded systems of our devices and systems, taking into account EMC, power consumption and heat generation, as well as their commissioning
  • You have knowledge in FPGA programming and common developer tools (Altium, measurement technology, simulation tools, ...)
  • You have experience in the field of AoIP, especially with the formats Dante®, Ravenna, AVB, AES67, ST 2110 and their integration and management
  • You perform standard tests together with the responsible testing bodies in the areas of safety and EMC
  • You maintain a permanent exchange with the adjacent areas and, in individual cases, also coordinate directly with our customers
  • You comply with agreed specifications and deadlines for quality assurance purposes

Your Profile

  • You are motivated and ideally have a degree in electrical engineering or communications engineering
  • At best, you have several years of professional experience, preferably in the audio and broadcasting industry or a comparable field
  • You are a knowledgeable and assertive team player and adequately represent the interests of hardware development
  • You are flexible, responsible and have good communication skills
  • You are independent, structured and work independently with the necessary sense of priorities
  • You are able to communicate business fluently in English with our international contacts
