Current TouchMonitor 5 Firmware

Find the current firmware version by touching Preset <Name>, then Info.

  Important Information on Updating the Firmware:

		We have encountered a few cases where the firmware update process stalls. This usually happens due to one of the following reasons:
1.		The Ethernet connection between the computer and the product is slow or unstable.
2.		A CPU-intensive preset is loaded on the device. (Note: The default preset is relatively demanding.)
		To help ensure a smooth update process, please follow these steps:
1.		Ensure a stable and fast Ethernet connection between your computer and the product.
2.		Load an empty preset before updating the firmware. This reduces CPU load and minimizes the risk of issues.   We’ve prepared a clean, empty preset for you.
