My RTW product is no longer supported. What are my options?

Is my plug-in (Mastering Tools, Loudness Tools, CLC) still supported?

We discontinued our range of plug-ins many years ago and do not offer support for them any longer. This also goes for support for iLok related issues, as we have no longer access to the iLok backend.

Can I still download my previously purchased RTW plug-ins?

Yes, you find the installers here.

Please make sure to install the version that matches your activated license. For instance, Loudness Tools and Loudness Tools Stereo are separate products and require different iLok licenses.

Where can I find firmware updates for my RTW device?

You can find the firmware updates here.

Can I transfer a license to another device?

Licenses are stored uniquely on each device and are therefore tied to the specific devices serial number. Therefore, they can't be transferred to other devices.
